I then headed off to the InterContinental Hotel in Park Lane this week to have dinner for the Well child awards, to celebrate some of the amazing young people who really do make what I get up to on a day to day basis look pretty damn small.

Bank Hol weekend was crazy, had loooads of fun at SW4 festival watching Sven Vath, reminding me of my crazy time in Ibiza at the Cocoon party and then I headed to the Wrangler Jeans, and Red Bull parties at Notting Hill Carnival on the Sunday and Monday.

Me and one of my HipHop icons yesterday, when he passed through the BBC Radio 1 / 1xtra building to chat with Scott Mills and Tim Westwood!

Despite a ropey season (if you can call finishing top 4, that) I still had LOADS of fun larging it up at the Arsenal FC Annual Ball (my beloved team).
There was great food, great entertainment provided by gooner Eliza Doolittle and the legendary Bryan Ferry , and the after dinner DJ was fellow Radio 1 spinner Giles Peterson who killed it with the Old School Hiphop beats :)
It was all for a very good cause too, the Centrepoint charity who work to help and support Homeless young people.
All in all it was a fab night, the gossip from which inlcudes:
- Arsenal’s Emmanuel Eboue joining Eliza Doolittle on stage for a dance,
-Bendtner getting hammered by comedian Dara O’briain for being the only player to not wear a Tux
- and the Arsenal players having a bidding war over the auction lot of a box at the 02 to see Rihanna later on this year. I think it ended up going for more than the dinner with Wenger!!!
